We have a great opportunity as an Inside Sales Engineer in our Cincinnati, OH – Lathrop Trotter branch. This position works with the Outside Sales staff and customers on pricing, product/application support, and information/proposal generation. The primary focus of this position will be on the parts and fans portion of our business.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Selection and sizing of equipment (fans) to meet the needs of the customer and generate pricing proposals
  • Research and evaluate replacement and warranty parts inquiries and provide proper selection and price proposals
  • Recommend products and accessories that meet or exceed project needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers accordingly

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • Ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both oral and written communication
  • Background or experience with technical writing and/or proposal generation preferred

Lathrop Trotter is a manufacturers’ rep firm covering territory of OH, KY, IN. Primary type of equipment we represent includes commercial and industrial steam and hydronic heating equipment.
