  • Industrial steam boilers can be used for high and low-pressure processes to provide an energy-efficient solution. Low-pressure steam boilers are well-suited for low-temperature applications such as comfort heating and humidification. Applications involving process loads, larger facility heating requirements, pasteurization, or sanitization needs are typically served by high-pressure steam boilers.

  • Industrial hot water boilers are typically used in heating applications when the boiler supplies water to the system at 100°F to 240°F. Operating pressures for the hot water heating systems tend to be 30 psig to 160 psig, which is well-suited for the use of a hot water boiler. For applications requiring hot water greater than 240°F, high-temperature hot water boiler options are available.

  • Firetube boilers are designed for the flue gas to travel through the tubes, which are surrounded by hot water. Firetube boilers offer the advantages of lower operating costs, easier maintenance, and being more robust. In most cases, if the application involves a consistent load that doesn’t change rapidly, a firetube boiler could be well-suited for the project.

  • In water tube boilers, water travels through tubes which are surrounded by combustion gas. Watertube boilers advantages include long service life, safer design, large capacities, higher efficiency, and fast response. They can manage higher pressures, and have the ability to reach very high temperatures. Watertube boilers could be a good choice for applications that involve a varying load.

  • Industrial electric boilers heat water by way of immersion heaters, which reside within the water and radiate heat. Heated by electricity, these components in turn heat the water. Electric boilers are an excellent boiler option for reliable performance, trouble-free maintenance, and excellent efficiency. Advantages offered by electric boilers include clean and quiet operation, with a high degree of safety by design.

  • High efficiency boilers are engineered to deliver optimal efficiency and lowest comprehensive emissions while maintaining a responsive load response and low waterside pressure drop, for both replacement and new construction heating boiler needs.
